# Dual Track Advisors

> Dual Track Advisors (DTA) is a management consulting and investment banking advisory firm serving lower-middle-market business owners. DTA helps owners improve growth and profits, build enterprise value, prepare for transactions, and pursue appropriate exit options.

Track One focuses on Growth & Profits; Track Two focuses on Value & Exit. The method makes tradeoffs between today's performance and tomorrow's enterprise value explicit.

DTA's services include strategic and exit planning, value creation, quarterly Dual Track reviews, growth through acquisition, capital and recapitalization, and investment banking and company sale support. Investment-banking and securities-related services, when required, are provided through appropriately registered and licensed professionals and firms. Service scope, fees, responsibilities, and limitations are established in a separate written engagement agreement.
