Paul Dickson, J.D.

Paul has more than 30 years of international business experience across marketing, sales, operations, law, and finance, with nearly $1 billion in personally negotiated transactions. He founded and sold a manufacturing software company to ASML in 2006 and has since advised dozens of companies on growth, capital, and exit strategy. Paul is the author of Dual Track Leadership and holds a J.D. from the University of Oregon, Series 7 and 63 licenses, and is a member of the California State Bar.

Scott Rawitscher, J.D.

Scott integrates legal and business-development expertise within the DTA framework. A cum laude University of Oregon graduate with a law degree from the University of Texas, his background at PricewaterhouseCoopers enables him to build custom strategies aligned with client capital needs and long-term organizational values. Scott has been a key business partner in numerous successful DTA exits.

Kyle Hanson

Kyle brings more than 20 years of experience across commercial lending and capital markets, spanning community banks to complex middle-market transactions at major institutions. He has structured more than $1 billion in syndicated credit facilities, advised on private equity recapitalizations, and worked alongside financial sponsors on M&A transactions across multiple industries. He holds FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses, a BBA in Finance from the University of Alaska, and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Julie Rawitscher, CPA

Julie is a CPA with a graduate degree in accounting and a cum laude undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. Her foundation at Deloitte built deep technical expertise across tax, bookkeeping, and accounting disciplines. She brings particular strength in translating complex tax and accounting concepts into clear, actionable guidance and in bringing structure and efficiency to middle-market clients.
