Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to dualtrackadvisors.com and its tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Educational and preliminary information

The website, Quick Valuation, Dual Track Snapshot, articles, examples, and other materials provide general educational and preliminary decision-support information only. Outputs rely on unverified user inputs, public information, assumptions, and DTA judgment. They are illustrative estimates—not certified appraisals, fairness opinions, forecasts, guarantees, offers, or promises of transaction value or outcome.

No professional or client relationship

Use of this site does not create an adviser-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, broker-dealer, investment-advisory, accounting, tax, or other professional relationship. DTA provides professional services only under a separate written engagement agreement defining scope, responsibilities, fees, limitations, and any regulated activities. Consult qualified legal, tax, accounting, investment, and other advisers before acting.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter and for independently evaluating all outputs. Do not enter personal identifiers, account numbers, tax identifiers, trade secrets, or information you are not authorized to use. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce harmful code, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use the site unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The site and its original text, design, methods, graphics, software, and branding are owned by DTA or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for your own lawful internal business evaluation. No other license is granted.

Third-party materials and links

The site may refer or link to third-party data, publications, or websites. DTA does not control them and does not warrant their accuracy, availability, or suitability. Third-party terms may apply.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” DTA disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the site or an output will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular transaction.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTA and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or reliance on a site output. DTA’s aggregate liability arising from use of the public site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue site content or functionality and may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the public site must be brought in state or federal courts located in Oregon.
